2. Update fails

Issue description:

• An error message prompts when updating Ptrack: Access denied.

Possible causes:

• Multiple Ptrack windows are running at the same time whe Ptrack is being updated.

Solutions:

• Only keep the current window running during updates. If the software cannot be opened due to a failed update, please download from the official website and reinstall it.
