8. Revert a checked-out file

When a file is checked out or marked as deleted, it means the file is locked and doesn't allow other users to work on it. If you wish to annul the checked out status of a file, you may submit the file or revert it.

When you need to revert a file, select the file or folder that you wish to revert, and click the Revert button on the toolbar.

Please note that if a file in a workspace has been modified, a window will pop up displaying the following text when you are trying to revert a file: click OK to cancel all modifications done locally. Click Cancel to stop reverting and the file will remain as checked out and locked.
