Select the file or folder you wish to share in the Depot page, click the Share Bookmark button and when you see

sh_1

the bookmark is successfully copied. The path information has been saved to the clipboard, and you may paste it onto popo and share it with your colleagues. The user copies and pastes that text when Ptrack is running, and it will automatically locate to the specific file or folder you shared.

Please note that both the sender and the recipient need access to the file or folder that's being shared. Otherwise, the file/folder locating won't be successful.
