In order to satisfy the supervision requirements for outsourced quality control of products, the platform and plug-in end provide mechanisms for outsourcing account management, making it convenient for the back end to supervise the quality control performed by different users. This type of account is suitable for users who are unable to use OpenID to access the official ArtEase website. Students using Huyu can log in to the ArtEase platform directly and obtain a login token from their Personal Information section.

Add an Account

Project Managers can add outsourced user accounts to the ArtEase platform:

Outsourcing accounts are grouped into units. For example, outsourced accounts that are on project G83 on the plug-in are only able to obtain G83's project rules.

Use

External art users do not usually have access the external network, so they have no way to access the ArtEase server directly. In this case, their [point of contact] must use local tools to set up a proxy server, then other outsourced users can pull rules and carry out inspections by linking to the proxy server. When first launching the plug-in, outsourced students first be reminded to input the proxy server's IP. which will be the IP displayed on the tools of their point of contact.

After IP has been verified, enter the password in the login box to log in. The plug-in will remember this information and will log them in automatically next time.
